Shipping Policy

Production before shipment

All Fendooy products are handmade after an order is placed. Please allow 7 business days for production before shipment. Shipping time is separate from production time.

International delivery

Fendooy offers international delivery to 42 countries and regions. Thirty-eight destinations have free shipping with no minimum order amount. Israel, Iceland, Greece, and Colombia have a USD 20 shipping charge. Other destinations are not currently supported.

Available shipping methods and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Carrier estimates begin after production is complete and the order has shipped; they are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking number or link is sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier tracking may take some time to display its first scan.

Address and customs

Customers are responsible for checking the delivery name, address, postal code, and contact information before ordering. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, those charges are the recipient's responsibility.
