What products can I order?

We currently accept orders for Bear, Bunny, and Astronaut forms, including Mini Bear and Bunny keychains.

Are all products made to order?

Custom fluid art is handmade to order. Confirmed-design collectibles are selected designs, not custom-made pieces.

When will my order arrive?

For U.S. orders, confirmed-design collectibles are estimated to arrive in about 7 business days from ordering, with dispatch targeted within 3 business days. Standard 33 cm Fluid Bears are estimated to arrive in 12–15 business days from ordering, including production and shipping. For 80 cm bears, contact us for a separate estimate. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Will my item look exactly like the photo?

Product photos are style references. Handmade colors and patterns may vary slightly, so every piece is unique.

How will I receive tracking information?

After your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
