Made to order

Every Fendooy item is handmade after the order is placed. Please allow 7 business days for production before shipment. Shipping time begins after production is complete.

Available destinations and current rates

Shipping is currently available to 42 countries and regions. Thirty-eight destinations have free shipping. Israel, Iceland, Greece, and Colombia have a USD 20 shipping charge. If no shipping option appears for a destination at checkout, we cannot currently ship there.

The shipping option and price shown at checkout are the current terms for that order.

Delivery time

Carrier delivery time varies by destination and begins after the order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs checks, weather, peak seasons, remote-area service, and carrier disruptions may cause delays.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. The first carrier scan can take some time to appear. You can also check a tracking number at 17TRACK.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please check the recipient name, address, postal code, and contact details before placing the order. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after shipment.
