Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery to the United States

Confirmed-design collectibles: about 7 business days from your order date, including order processing. We aim to dispatch within 3 business days; this is part of the total estimate, not additional time.

Standard 33 cm (13-inch) Fluid Bears: 12–15 business days from your order date, including production and shipping.

For 80 cm bears, contact us for a separate estimate before ordering. Estimates for other products and destinations must be confirmed separately.

Available destinations and current rates

Shipping availability and rates vary by product category and destination. Refer to the shipping information on the product page and the options available at checkout.

Shipping is currently available to 42 countries and regions. Thirty-eight destinations have free shipping. Israel, Iceland, Greece, and Colombia have a USD 20 shipping charge. If no shipping option appears for a destination at checkout, we cannot currently ship there.

The shipping option and price shown at checkout are the current terms for that order.

Delivery time

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs checks, weather, peak seasons, remote-area service, and carrier disruptions may cause delays.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. The first carrier scan can take some time to appear. You can also check a tracking number at 17TRACK.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please check the recipient name, address, postal code, and contact details before placing the order. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after shipment.
