Terms of Service

Overview

This website is operated by SUPERFLUID LIMITED, trading as Fendooy ("Fendooy", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to use of fendooy.com and to purchases made through the website.

Products and handmade variations

Fendooy currently accepts custom orders for Bear, Dragon, Champion Dragon, Astronaut, Astronaut Bear, Astronaut Bunny, Bunny, and Pig forms. Mini Bear, Mini Bunny, Mini Dragon, and Mini Pig items are offered as finished display pieces and are not available for customization. Each item is handmade after the order is placed. Product photographs are style references; natural handmade differences are not, by themselves, defects.

Production time

Please allow 7 business days for production before shipment. Shipping time begins after production is complete.

Orders and customization

Customers must provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and customization information. We may contact the customer by email when a request is unclear or cannot be produced safely or accurately. Production may be delayed until required information is received.

Prices and payment

Prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and other required charges are shown at checkout before payment. Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Quality issues must be reported by email within 7 calendar days after carrier tracking shows the order as delivered, with clear photographs. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted for after-sales handling. Further details are in the Refund Policy.

Shipping and customs

Shipping options, prices, and available destinations are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges that are the recipient's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Website use

Users may not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, malicious code, disruption, or unauthorized access. The website may use third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers, and order-tracking services, which may have separate terms and privacy policies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these Terms when our products, services, or legal obligations change.
