When you are choosing a fluid art piece for a shelf or a gift, the shape is a useful place to start. Rounded bear ears and long bunny ears create different outlines, even when the model diagrams use a similar height label.

Here are two Fendooy examples: Aurora Guardian Fluid Bear and Blossom Breeze Fluid Bunny. Their photos help you compare the shapes and the finished color references. The photos are separate images and are not shown to scale.

Compare the outline before the colors

Aurora Guardian: round ears and a segmented bear shape

Aurora Guardian Fluid Bear has round ears, a broad face and clearly separated arms and legs. In the reference photo, dark areas contrast with flowing bands of color across the face and body.

Start with the outline: is this the bear shape you want to see beside your books, plants or other display pieces? Then look at the color reference. Keeping those two decisions separate can make it easier to explain what you like.

Blossom Breeze: long ears and a bunny silhouette

Blossom Breeze Fluid Bunny has long upright ears, a rounded face and a different body outline. Its reference photo shows pink, green and cream-colored areas flowing across the piece.

Look at how much of the silhouette is formed by the ears. If you prefer that long-eared outline, the bunny may be the shape you want to explore. This is a choice about your own display and taste; the two photos do not establish which model takes up less space.

Read the model labels, rather than estimating from photos

Aurora Guardian's gallery includes a white bear model diagram labeled 13 inches tall and 8 inches wide. Those are the labels on the source diagram, rather than measurements we have taken from a finished piece.

Blossom Breeze's gallery includes a white bunny model diagram labeled 33 cm / 13 inches tall. We are preserving the paired labels as shown; they should not be read as two separate precision measurements. That diagram does not provide a width or depth.

The diagrams describe the model references shown on these two product pages. They are not a size chart for every Fendooy bear, bunny or custom model. Similar height labels also do not mean the two shapes have the same width, depth or proportions.

Check the space where the piece will stand

Measure the available height, width and depth of your display space, including any shelf above it. Leave room around the outline you want to see, rather than planning a tight fit from a photograph alone.

If the fit is close, ask Fendooy to confirm the dimensions of the piece you are considering before ordering. The bear diagram's width does not supply its depth, and the bunny diagram's height does not supply either width or depth. A photo beside furniture is a styling reference, not a measurement guide.

For a gift, finding out where the recipient wants to put the piece can be more useful than guessing from a favorite color. If the display space is unknown, check it with the recipient before choosing a size.

Choose the shape, then review the color reference

Both product pages describe made-to-order work and explain that photos are style references. Individual colors and patterns may vary because each piece is handmade. Choose a reference you enjoy without expecting every line of the finished piece to match the photograph exactly.

If you like a model shape but have another palette in mind, review the available options on Customize Your Fluid Models. Confirm the model and size actually offered for your request, and check the current estimate on the relevant product or custom page before ordering.
